Positive Personal and Interpersonal Outcomes Associated With Secure Attachment

In two studies, we examined how attachment style was related to both personality (study one) and relationship status (study two). Results indicate that people with secure attachments are more likely to be optimistic, extroverted and in a long-term relationship.
