The Relationship Between Mindset and Happiness Is Mediated by Goal Orientation

This study examines whether goal orientations (task-goal, ability-approach, and ability-avoid) mediate the relationship between mindset and happiness among university students. While task-goal orientation and ability-approach goal orientation were not significant mediators, ability-avoid orientation significantly mediated this relationship between mindset and happiness.
