Abstract
An open research laboratory model provides opportunities for colleagues with substantial teaching responsibilities to gain significant research assistance. A collaborative adjunct faculty member will discuss the challenges and benefits of having access to a group of undergraduates to meet their research needs while balancing a heavy teaching load.
