Improving Spatial Reasoning through Experience: A Pilot Study

Abstract
Differences between male and female spatial reasoning skills may be due to genes or they may reflect differences in learning experiences. Participants worked on a moderately challenging origami task or a control task for just 20 minutes. The treatment group had significantly shorter reaction times on a mental rotation task.
