Registration Information
Convention Registration
Registration for the APS 16th Annual Convention includes educational sessions and workshops (unless otherwise noted), poster sessions, Thursday's Opening Session and Keynote Address, Thursday's Welcome Reception, Friday's Presidential Symposium, Saturday's Bring the Family Address, and refreshment breaks.
Registration Fees are based on the APS membership categories listed below. Your APS membership must be current to receive the APS Member or Student Affiliate registration rate.
Register by April 16 to take advantage of the "Early Price" rates below.
Convention attendees must make reservations at the Sheraton Chicago Hotel & Towers before April 26, 2004 to receive the special APS room rates.
Attend both the APS Annual Convention and the Teaching Institute and save $50 off your registration.

Optional Activities
Richard McFall Retirement Banquet
A banquet to celebrate the career of Richard McFall, Indiana University. In addition to tributes to Dick's illustrious career as a pioneer in clinical science, there will be numerous opportunities for informal comments, story-telling, toasting and roasting. This event is co-sponsored by the American Psychological Society, Lawrence Erlbaum and Associates, the Academy of Psychological Clinical Science, and Indiana University. Saturday, May 29 Tickets: $50 each.
APS at The Second City
A Chicago landmark and a national treasure, The Second City launched the careers of such comic greats as John Belushi, Mike Myers, Bill Murray, Gilda Radner, and many more. Enjoy a fabulous night of entertaining comedy: 8 pm, Saturday, May 29, 2004. Tickets are $19 each, (transportation not included) available from APS only, and going quickly. Confirmation
All registrants will receive confirmation of their registration by e-mail or postal mail.
Convention Reservations Payment
Full payment must be received with your registration form. Make checks payable to APS or charge your registration to American Express, VISA or Master Card. Registrations without complete payment will not be processed. Checks returned "Uncollected" by the bank will be charged a non-refundable processing fee of $25.00.
Name Badges
For those attendees registering in advance, your name badge and registration materials will be held for you at the APS Advance Registration Desk in the Sheraton Chicago Hotel & Towers. Participants who register on site will receive their name badges when they register.
Cancellation
All requests for registration refunds should be submitted in writing via fax, (202) 783-2083, or mail. Requests must be postmarked on or before Friday, April 26, 2004. APS Annual Convention and Teaching Institute fees will be refunded less a $25 processing fee.
