*Exhibit Hours are subject to change between now and the time of Convention. Exhibitors will be notified of any changes via email.
Exhibitor Set-Up and Tear-Down
Exhibitor set-up will be Thursday, May 22 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Tear-down will begin no earlier than 5:00 PM on Saturday, May 24. More
information will be provided in the exhibitor service kit
Exhibit booths will not be permitted to be dismantled until the Exhibit Hall closes at 5:00 PM on Saturday, May 24, 2008.
Booth assignments and exhibitor service kits will be sent to organizations
in March.
