Convention Tote Bags
All attendees receive a tote bag when they pick up their meeting materials. The bags are the most popular memento of the convention. Your organization's logo and name will be on prominent display throughout the convention, and long after the convention ends.
Cyber Café
An essential tool that attendees use to stay connected to e-mail and browse the online convention program. Signs around the computer, and the screen savers will display your organization's logo.
Coffee Breaks
When you sponsor a coffee break, you provide a needed chance for relaxation and recharging during the busy program. During your sponsored coffee break, your organization's name will be prominently displayed at all coffee stations.

- Opening Night Reception—Located Inside the Exhibit Hall!
The reception starts after the Keynote Address and features hors d'oeuvres and refreshments in the Exhibit Hall. - Saturday Night Reception
This reception offers the chance to connect with attendees on Saturday night, following a major plenary event. - Presidential Reception
Following the Bring The Family Address, this reception caps off the Convention celebrations.
