After a successful debut in 2008 the Special Events Area returns with the opportunity to highlight your organization with individual programming.

This area provides a venue for you to:

  • Host a book signing
  • Present Technology Demonstrations
  • Show Promotional Videos & Webcasts
  • Meet and Greet APS attendees

 

 

Not Just another Exhibition Hall

The APS Scavenger Hunt!

An interactive way to boost traffic to your booth. Attendees receive a game board when they enter the hall and visit booths to collect stickers and win prizes from APS. This is an original way to draw attendees into your booth. Spaces are limited, reserve your spaces today.

Exhibit Hall Hours

Friday, May 22....................7:30 PM to 9:30 PM

(Exhibit Hall opens with a reception following the Keynote Address)

Saturday, May 23..................8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Sunday, May 24....................8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Exhibitor Set-up and Tear-down

Exhibitor set-up will be Friday, May 22 from 2:00 PM to 7:30 PM. Tear-down will begin no earlier than 5:00 PM on Sunday, May 24. More information will be provided in the exhibitor service kit.

Exhibitor Registration

Each exhibitor is given two complimentary registrations per booth reserved. Registration includes admission to the Exhibit Hall and general sessions; events that incur additional fees are not included. Additional registrations cost $50 each.
