Maximizing Traffic in the Exhibit Hall
The Opening Night Reception as well as coffee and snack breaks will be held in the Exhibit Hall to promote interaction with attendees as they circulate through the Hall.
The Exhibit Hall is also the site for the Poster Sessions, which guarantee a high volume of foot traffic in the Hall. Special events held in the exhibit hall throughout the weekend to commemorate the 20th Anniversary of APS will be an exciting addition to this year's Convention. The reservation deadline is January 31, 2008. Full payment must be received by this date. Exhibit booth assignments will be made in the order reservations are received, so send in your reservation today to ensure a prime location at the convention! Booth assignments and exhibitor service kits will be sent to exhibitors in mid-March, 2008.
Increase Traffic Flow to Your Booth
- Buy an ad in the convention slide show, a PowerPoint presentation that plays as people are filing into their seats at all of the plenary sessions.
- Sponsor one of the coffee or snack breaks, or a reception in the Exhibit Hall. This will definitely generate a lot of interest, and allow direct interaction with the attendees.
- Arrange a book signing event for one of your esteemed authors.
- Present an interactive demonstration of your products to attendees.
- Offer refreshments! Give away snacks or beverages at your booth and people will be sure to stop by!
- Organize a raffle to give away a prize!
