Member ID Retrieval
Use this form to retrieve your Member ID. After providing the
requested information, you will receive an e-mail with your login
information. You must enter the same e-mail address you provided to
APS in order to retrieve your Member ID. Note: Your
member number appears on the address label on all mail sent to
you by APS.
