Abstract:
Previous research suggests that both Alexithymia and hostility are correlated with poor physical health (Miller et al., 1996; Symth, 1998). In order to better understand the relationship between hostility and Alexithymia, a battery of hostility scales was administered to 46 college students. Alexithymia proved significantly positively correlative with anger rumination and its four subscales.
