Abstract:
Preparing graduate students for faculty roles is important to the placement rate of doctoral institutions, to hiring institutions, and to the novice faculty themselves. Shore will describe students' experiences of learning to balance teaching, research, and service through the Preparing Future Faculty program in Miami University's psychology department.
